Our Platinum suite does not have sea views; however, it has a private courtyard & is situated under a large plein tree. We have installed an inverter which automatically kicks in as soon as load sheading starts.

PAYMENT OPTIONS & CONDITIONS

* Payment for reservations made via EFT: EFT payments are required to be made within 24 hours of making your reservation. Reservations not secured with deposit prepayment stand the risk of being released unless pre-arranged.

PLEASE NOTE: All EFT Pre-Payments are required to reflect in the bank account given on your Invoice prior to your check in with us, to avoid the guest being requested to settle directly on arrival.

 

* Payment via Credit Card using Paybridge: Credit Cards used to make payment with must be present on arrival (Unless paid using 3D secure application). Arrivals not holding the physical Credit Card used to make payment with supporting identification, will be asked to pay before they are checked in and the card charged will be reversed. Should payment be made on behalf of someone else, arrangement must be made with the management of Roosboom Guest Apartments prior to arrival as to ensure an efficient check In.

 

 

VALID IDENTIFICATION

Valid SA Identification or International Passport from each guest being accommodated at Roosboom will be requested on check in and copies made thereof. Failure to present these will result in us not being able to check you into your room.
